Terms of Service

Effective date: April 2026.

1. Registration

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment through Stripe. Spots are allocated on a first-paid basis.

2. Refund policy

• Full refund up to 14 days before the camp start date.
• 50% refund within 14 days of the camp.
• No refunds within 48 hours of the camp.
• Transfers to another eligible player are permitted at any time.

3. Assumption of risk

Participation in soccer training and competitive play carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury. By registering, the participant (and where applicable, parent or legal guardian) acknowledges and accepts these risks.

4. Medical care

Participants must disclose any medical conditions prior to the camp. In the event of an injury, Whitecaps London is authorized to seek emergency medical care on the participant's behalf if a parent or guardian cannot be reached immediately.

5. Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other attendees. Whitecaps London reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

6. Media release

Photography and video may be taken during the camp for promotional use. If you prefer to opt out, notify us in writing at info@whitecapslondon.ca at least 48 hours before the event.

7. Weather

The camp runs rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, sessions may be modified or moved to covered facilities at BMO Centre. Weather-related adjustments do not warrant a refund.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
