1. Information we collect

When you register for the NCAA Coach ID Camp we collect: first and last name, email address, cell phone number, year of birth, current soccer club, and level of play. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

2. Why we collect it

To register and communicate with participants, deliver camp logistics, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we store and protect it

Data is stored in Supabase with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to Whitecaps London camp staff on a need-to-know basis.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers strictly required for the camp (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for storage). We never sell your information.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@whitecapslondon.ca.

6. Minors

This camp serves participants aged 13-18. Registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
